Some of our members - Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International UK, Child Soldiers International and Global Witness - operate on a nation-wide basis rather than in specific provinces.

Women's participation in socio-economic activities

3 core activities:

  • Analytical research and advocacy on how corruption effects women's participation in socia-economic activities, by training 30 educated women from civil society organizations, women's right activists and graduates from law & sharia faculties in research and advocacy.
  • Empowering widows, vulnerable and disabled women by providing job opportunities and promoting handicrafts products.
  • 1105 boxes of silkworm eggs were successfully distributed to 1105 silk rearing families in Zinda Jan district.  Silk weaving centres were also supported with new wiring/plumbing and machinery installed.
